Time-temperature superposition from multi-temperature chirp rheometry of thermorheologically simple materials via physics-informed Gaussian processes

Building master curves for thermorheologically simple materials usually means shifting separate frequency curves by hand. The authors fit multi-temperature chirp stress-strain records jointly with sparse variational Gaussian process regression, encoding fractional viscoelastic models with the Boltzmann superposition principle. On synthetic data the method recovers the true law and temperature shifts, and on an epoxy dataset it distinguishes competing models by the Bayesian information criterion.
