Kazakhstan Expands Compute for Its AI Future
Kazakhstan is scaling its compute foundation through planned NVIDIA Vera Rubin infrastructure deployments, with AI-native companies driving the next phase of growth. Kazakhtelecom has already deployed 400 NVIDIA H200 and 480 NVIDIA B300 GPUs in Astana and Almaty, and plans to add more than 1,000 GPUs in the Data Center Valley and more than 1,000 NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs in the Ekibastuz region next year. inDrive and Pony.ai are also exploring robotaxi services in Kazakhstan, with Astana as the first deployment city.
