Anthropic's Ban on Abuse of Claude Takes Effect November 12, Putting AI "Welfare" in Terms of Use

Anthropic published a usage policy on October 8 that prohibits persistent and unnecessary abusive or cruel behavior toward Claude. The policy takes effect on November 12.
