Phase transitions of the antiferromagnetic $J_1$-$J_2$-$J_3$ Ising model on the cubic lattice
Prior studies gave conflicting results on the nature of the phase transition in a three-dimensional antiferromagnetic Ising model. The authors combined Monte Carlo simulations with neural networks, using much larger lattices than earlier work. They report that the transition at J1 = J2 = J3 = 1.0 is second order, and their neural-network training strategy needs far less storage and computation than standard approaches.
