VoxLogicA2: A Spatial Model Checker for Neuro-symbolic Medical Imaging (extended version)
Neuro-symbolic medical image analysis needs neural network processing and symbolic logic to be combined. The authors present VoxLogicA2, a spatial model checker whose new version lets logical operations and neural network training and prediction be written in one declarative language. Its improved efficiency was verified, and previously Python-based case studies were re-expressed using only the VoxLogicA2 specification.
