Putting conversational AI to the test in primary care
Many primary care facilities are overwhelmed and under-resourced, and conversational AI could help ease the pressure, but evidence for its safety in real-world, patient-facing settings is scarce. A patient-facing conversational AI was tested in a single-center primary care setting. It showed promising feasibility and safety, providing a basis for larger-scale evaluation.
