TÜV SÜD and Accenture Accelerate Certification of Physical AI in Automated Factories and Warehouses with NVIDIA Technologies to Drive Manufacturing Productivity

TÜV SÜD, a Germany-headquartered testing, inspection and certification organization, and Accenture are collaborating to accelerate independent certification of industrial automation using NVIDIA technologies. At NVIDIA GTC Berlin 2026, the companies are presenting a joint concept for a "Physical AI Safety Suite" to help companies deploy physical AI equipment such as autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) safely alongside human workers. Using digital twins, AI agents and simulations, the suite is designed to speed up factory and warehouse automation, partially digitizing the coordination, validation and acceptance of safety concepts that can take several weeks at a medium-sized production plant.
