Accenture and Within Help Clients Accelerate AI Across the Enterprise Through Strategic Investment and New Partnership
Accenture Ventures has invested in Within, an AI platform that helps organizations map, enhance and automate business processes, and the two companies are partnering to help clients deploy AI agents and gain productivity. Within's platform captures how employees work across applications, including undocumented offline handoffs and exceptions, and compiles this into a continuously updated 'Work Brain' context layer. Accenture's Pulse of Change survey of more than 3,000 C-suite leaders found that 82% are increasing AI investment, but only 23% report widespread, sustained business value, down from 32% earlier this year.
