Google Antigravity: Accelerating Antimicrobial Peptide Search
This technical walkthrough shows how biologists used Google Antigravity, an agentic science workbench, to find a novel antimicrobial peptide candidate in hours. The workflow used ProtNLM to scan millions of previously uncharacterized UniProt proteins and identified a lead with predicted activity against pathogens involved in respiratory tract infections. The lead is now undergoing wet-lab validation.
