Redesigning source control at Anthropic
As daily merges at Anthropic grew more than tenfold, source control became its biggest development bottleneck. The company built Scion, an in-house version control system, and migrated its monorepo from git in five months. The effort also produced Antique, a code review surface, along with code search and a source control IAM system.
