STREAM is a standard proposed to improve how AI model reports disclose evaluation results for dangerous capabilities, initially focusing on chemical and biological (ChemBio) benchmarks. It was developed in consultation with 23 experts across government, civil society, academia, and frontier AI companies. It aims to serve as a practical resource for developers and to help third parties judge whether reports give enough detail to assess the rigor of the evaluations.
