How Claude is uplifting biomolecular modeling
Claude, working within Claude Science, optimized more than 30 open-source models used to predict and design biomolecules in just under four weeks, speeding them up roughly 4x on average. It also built a low-memory mode that allows accurate prediction of systems larger than 10,000 tokens on a single NVIDIA GPU node. The optimized code is being open-sourced alongside a protein design competition co-sponsored with Adaptyv Bio.
