Intelligence Synthesis reports on artificial intelligence every day, in the world's languages. But delivering news is not the goal in itself.

The country you are born in, your family's circumstances, your income, the education you could get, your physical and cognitive traits, the language you speak: differences like these can decide in advance how far a person is able to learn, think, create and try. AI is a tool that can lower those walls.

Four steps

1. Access — no one should be cut off from information by language, region or reading ability. We are preparing 15 languages, each with news from its own region, along with audio editions and plain-language versions.
2. Understanding — not only translation, but the background and the causes behind the news.
3. Capability — learning paths that help people turn knowledge into their own abilities.
4. Opportunity — region by region, news of free courses, scholarships and other chances that are often out of reach because of circumstance.

What we hold on to

Cultural and value differences stay. Each region's news is written in its own language, from its own point of view. We do not translate the world into a single outlook.

AI alone will not end inequality; education, institutions and economic conditions must change too. This site is an effort to open what AI can do, within that larger picture, to as many people as possible.
