Company introduces AI interviews in its own hiring to learn character beyond the resume

Meister Co., Ltd. introduced AI interviews in its recruiting in September 2026. Applicants can take them at any time, 24 hours a day, and a person reviews the results before pass or fail decisions are made. The company says this increases chances to learn about applicants' character and atmosphere beyond what a resume shows.
