A diagram reading one new liver cancer paper in four steps. First, 129 advanced HCC patients received TACE-based triplet therapy and tumors underwent whole-exome sequencing. Second, three models were built from arterial-phase CT features with LASSO regression. Third, the combined model performed best, with AUC 0.964 in training and 0.869 in the test set. Fourth, the HANS-High group lived longer, median 23.0 vs. 10.0 months, and had higher tumor mutational burden. The points to compare are patients, methods and results.
