Note
Read on the 1 October 2024 compilation, which was the most recent full text reachable; the current compilation identifier appearing on the register page is C2025C00525 and its text was not retrievable here. Schedule 4 is the prescription-only schedule, so this is the operative prohibition on prescription medicine advertising to consumers. Section 42DLB is the parallel civil penalty provision.
Every cell carries a summary, a source and a date checked. Topics whose source has not been verified are left marked “not researched” rather than filled with plausible text. Directives and statutes bind as to the result; what applies in practice is national implementing law. This is a research aid, not legal advice.
