Brazil’s Itaú Unibanco to Acquire AI Startup NeoSpace for $589M

Itaú Unibanco has agreed to acquire Brazilian artificial intelligence startup NeoSpace for BRL 2.93 billion, or about $589 million. The bank has worked with the company for nearly two years, and the deal expands its in-house AI capabilities.
