Medical AI developer MENTRA (Minato-ku, Tokyo) announced on October 31 that its psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine AI service MENTRA now offers a web questionnaire before first visits and call routing. Assignment of psychiatric social workers is also automated, aiming to reduce the workload of first-visit reception.
