Anthropic Internal Data Shows AI Impact: Entry-Level Tech Hiring Drops, AI Agents Work Six Times Employees' Hours

Anthropic published an internal survey report on October 16 showing sharp changes in work structure after deep use of Claude. The share of entry-level technical hires fell from 27% in early 2025 to a lower figure in 2026.
