AI reduces junior hiring, with human attention becoming the bottleneck at Anthropic

Anthropic published a report on AI's effect on employment on the 16th (US time). The two published reports describe changes in how Anthropic uses AI, as well as changes in hiring and employment. Junior-level engineers have decreased and ways of working have changed greatly, while concern about unemployment remains high even among people who make heavy use of AI.
