Niigata City Introduces Listening AI Consultation to Support Residents' Mental Health

On October 28, 2026, Niigata City announced a new "Niigata City Mental Concerns AI Consultation" for residents. It uses a listening AI developed by ZIAI Inc. and will run as a chat service in a three-month trial from November 1. It is free, anonymous and available 24 hours a day.
