Purdue Polytechnic alumna pursues a healthier future for aging through embodied AI

Chorong Park earned her doctoral degree in technology from Purdue Polytechnic in 2025. She is now an assistant professor and Presidential Frontier Faculty member at the University of Houston, where she directs the ELARA Lab. Her goal is to create robots that help people care for their health and stay aware of their goals as they age.
