NTT Data Renews "Voicestar!" Service to Use Older Adults' AI Conversations in Care

NTT Data began offering a new model of its communication service for older adults, "Voicestar!", on the 26th. The AI functions and service platform have been renewed and upgraded. The service aims to deepen understanding of users through daily conversations with generative AI.
