Nvidia set for Dec. 16 court ruling on EU review of Run:ai deal

Nvidia will learn on Dec. 16 whether it has successfully challenged the legitimacy of the European Commission's review of its acquisition of Israeli startup Run:ai. The EU's lower-tier court will rule on the dispute, which is expected to influence the regulator's powers to take over merger reviews from national enforcers.
