X Corp. opposes OpenAI motion for judgment on US antitrust claims

X Corp. filed a response opposing OpenAI's motion for summary judgment on X's US antitrust claims over the integration of ChatGPT into iPhones. X says OpenAI's invitation to resolve factual questions on virtually every issue runs "roughshod" over summary judgment standards. In its brief filed in the Northern District of Texas, X says the evidence shows a reasonable jury could find the OpenAI-Apple agreement exclusionary and de facto exclusive in violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.
