Navitas Semiconductor has rolled out a 2,300 V SiC module family and a 24 kW 800 V to 12 V DC-DC board co-developed with NVIDIA. The share price is around $8.38, with the 30 day share price return down about 29% and the 1 year total shareholder return down roughly 40%. The 3 year total shareholder return remains positive.
