Daiwa Securities Group is starting full-scale external sales of AI tools it developed for its own use. They include a service that automatically summarizes salespeople's conversations with customers and a feature that supports Q&A at shareholder meetings, offered to regional banks and operating companies. The group aims to grow related sales to about 10 billion yen by fiscal 2030, using tools developed by its subsidiary Daiwa Institute of Research.
