CAT urged to address self-represented claimant’s use of AI tools in health insurer dispute

AXA’s lawyers have asked the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal to limit how a self-represented psychiatrist can use AI to support his £250,000 antitrust damages claim against the health insurer.
