As of Nov. 7, 2026, the listing is expected as early as Nov. 16, with a valuation of about $1.5-2 trillion and an offering size of about $75-100 billion. Fundraising in Japan is up to $3.5 billion. Four Japanese brokerages accept applications: Mizuho Securities, SBI Securities, Rakuten Securities and Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities.
