OECD Calls for Finer User Control Over Chatbot Conversations and Web-Scraped Data

An OECD policy brief says account-wide opt-outs may not give people enough choice about sensitive exchanges with AI chatbots. It also examines personal data scraped from websites, information reproduced in AI outputs and deletion requests after a model has learned from the data.
