Scherer looks at AI impact on fairness, efficiency and quality

In a keynote at Vilnius Arbitration Day, LCIA president Maxi Scherer considered the impact of artificial intelligence on the fairness, efficiency and overall quality of arbitral proceedings. She also offered a critique of new draft EU guidelines on high-risk AI usage.
