UBS Raises AI Spending Forecast To $1.4 Trillion In 2027 — Warns Volatility Is ‘New Normal’

UBS on Monday raised its aggregate AI capital expenditure forecasts to $1 trillion for 2026 and $1.4 trillion for 2027. It also introduced a $1.5 trillion estimate for 2028, citing stronger spending commitments from major hyperscalers.
