AI cuts job demand in exposed occupations by nearly 10% across Asia: IMF report

Employer demand has fallen by nearly 10% in occupations more exposed to AI across Asia since the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022. This is according to the International Monetary Fund's October 2026 Regional Economic Outlook: Asia and Pacific.
