AI-guided discovery of self-assembled monolayers combining synthetic accessibility and interfacial stability for perovskite solar cells

An AI-guided framework combining retrosynthetic prediction, high-throughput DFT screening and chemical expertise identifies a readily synthesizable self-assembled monolayer for perovskite photovoltaics. The top candidate delivers 27.2% efficiency. It retains >95% of its initial efficiency after 2,000 h at 65 °C under maximum-power-point tracking.
