EV Maker Rivian Acquires Game 3D World-Generation AI Developer, Plans Autonomous Driving Use

Rivian's vice president for autonomous driving and AI, James Philbin, said the data used to generate 3D environments comes from tens of thousands of R1T, R1S and R2 vehicles and company delivery vans with external camera sharing enabled. He said all of it is collected and used in anonymized form.
